Flight Attendant Diva

I made this Flight Attendant Diva , to raffle off at work, to raise money to help Naisha and Gavin climb Mt. Rainer for the Climb for Clean Air 2010 American Lung Association. I used the pattern, Quilt Diva it's an Amy Bradley design and I altered it to make a Flight Attendant Diva. It was quite challenging to make her shoes , and shorten her dress as I am not a very good artist. I used an old work shirt and scarf, and navy blue material for the uniform, and embellished with a badge that I shrank down with her picture on it, and made her an attractive lanyard. It also has a flight attendant manual and announcement book, the latest magazines are also in her bag, as this is very typical for a flight attendant to carry magazines that she has found on the plane. The name badge and wings are authentic, along with the numerous pins on her vest. She also is wearing a breast cancer awareness pin in my honor. This is the second one that I have made, She has been named Blanche a fellow flight attendant from the LA base named her.
